It’s amazing the diversity of wildlife that can be found around the Garden this time of the year here in the UK. We introduced frogs into our pond a few years ago, when someone gave us some spawn and they are thriving.
What we find fascinating is that we have a number of Toads that have arrived without any help from us and they can be found mainly at night foraging around the garden for insects.
My wife and I adore these little creatures and we can be found hunting round the garden with our trusty torch last thing at night on a toad hunt. Are we sad or what?
